You can put this solution on YOUR website!
1%2F15 Start with the given expression

Translate the division problem into this:

   _______
15 | 1.00

Now think of this as 100 divided by 15. So how many times does 15 go into 100? It goes in 6 times. Place a 6 over the second zero and multiply by 15 to get 90. Place 90 underneath 100 and subtract to get 10. Also bring down another zero

   ___.06__
15 | 1.000
       90
    -------
       100

Now how many times does 15 go into 100? Again the answer is 6. Repeat the last steps

   ____.066__
15 | 1.0000
       90
    -------
       1000
        90
       ----
        100

This process will repeat itself infinitely. So this means 1%2F15=0.06666 where the 6's will repeat forever
