use the rule: Order of Operations - PEMDAS
Order of Operations:
1.Do things in Parentheses First. (if you have parentheses)
2.Do exponents (powers, roots) before multiply, divide, add or subtract.
3.Multiply or divide before you add or subtract.
4.Otherwise just go left to right.

9-3%3A3%2A5%2B10...divide first 3%2F3
9-%283%2F3%29%2A5%2B10
9-1%2A5%2B10..........now multiply 1%2A5
9-5%2B10......now add 9%2B10=19
19-5..........and now subtract
