step 1 - multiply by the common denominator of (x+1)(x+2) to get
x%2B2+%2B+x%2B1+%3C+0
step 2 - combine like terms to get
2x+%2B+3+%3C+0
step 3 - subtract 3 to get

step 4 - divide to get
