Creating a matrix from the 1st and 3rd equations is easy. You just have to copy down the coefficient from each variable.
For the 2nd equation you need to combine the X terms and then copy down the coefficient. And since there are not any Z terms in the equation, you place a zero in the matrix for the Z's column.
