all the equations have to be in the same format and order
there appears to be typo in the third equation
5x=3y+4z=2 should probably be
5x+3y+4z=2

3x-2y+z=5
4x+y+2z=3
5x+3y+4z=2
so now we form the matrix
3 -2 1 5
4 1 2 3
5 3 4 2
