You can put this solution on YOUR website!
No, because you could have two points in the first quadrant that are positive and the line could still be negative.
example:
y=-3x%2B7 has negative slope m=-3
find two points on a line that have positive coordinates:
if x=1 => y=4; the point is (1,4)
if x=2 => y=1; the point is (2,1)
