You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Let's solve for y to get it into y = mx+b form (slope intercept form)

y-8+=+%28-4%2F3%29%2A%28x%2B3%29

y-8+=+%28-4%2F3%29%2Ax%2B%28-4%2F3%29%2A3 Distribute

y-8+=+%28-4%2F3%29%2Ax-4

y-8%2B8+=+%28-4%2F3%29%2Ax-4%2B8 Add 8 to both sides.

y+=+%28-4%2F3%29%2Ax%2B4

The equation has a slope of -4/3 and a y-intercept of 4
