I'm assuming you mean standard form of a line through the two points.
First find the slope.
m=%283-1%29%2F%28-2-5%29=2%2F-7=-2%2F7
Then use the point-slope form with either point,
y-1=-%282%2F7%29%28x-5%29
7y-7=-2x%2B10
highlight%282x%2B7y=17%29
