You can put this solution on YOUR website! 3x-4y=-16
Set x=0
3(0)-4y=-16
-4y=-16
y=4 One point is (0,4) (4 on y axis)
Set y=0
3x-4(0)=-16
3x=-16
(-16/3,0) (-5 1/3 on x axis)
Draw line through the two points:

=================
3x - 4y = 16
You need 2 points for a straight line.
x = 0 --> y = -4 : point (0,-4)
y = 0 --> x = 16/3 : point (16/3,0)
-----------
Plot the points, draw a line thru them.
