You can put this solution on YOUR website!

start with a slope-intercept form: y=mx%2Bb where m is a slope and b is y-intercept
if a line parallel to 6x+%2B+3y+=+-9, then have same slope
so, find a slope of 6x+%2B+3y+=+-9
3y+=+-6x-9
y+=+-6x%2F3-9%2F3
y+=+highlight%28-2%29x-3 => a slope m=-2
so, your line will be y=-2x%2Bb and we need b
given that your line having same y-intercept as the line 3x+%2B2y+=+4; let's find it
+2y+=-3x%2B+4
+y+=-%283%2F2%29x%2B+4%2F2
+y+=-%283%2F2%29x%2B+highlight%282%29 =>y-intercept is b+=2
now we know that your line is:highlight%28y=-2x%2B2%29
