m is slope
b is y-intercept

m is vertical change divided by horizontal change.
m=%2850-50%29%2F%2825-%28-25%29%29=0
The line is horizontal, and parallel to the x-axis.

The line being found is simply highlight%28y=50%29.
If you really want, you could say, y=0x%2B50.
