so you got the basic idea.
M=10,000Y+5,000
create a scale
or
go by 5000s on the y axis which is vertical
then on the x axis go by one's which will represent each year
so since you have 5000 in your bank already put the point (0,5000) on the graph note that the point will be on the y axis(vertical line)
at the point (0,5000) move up 10,000 each time representing money then to the right one representing year hope this helps
