***Using point-slope form, y+-+y%5B1%5D+=+m%28x+-+x%5B1%5D%29

+y+-1+=+highlight%281%2F3%29%28x%2B4%29    |Note the "negative reciprocal" of -3 is   1/3

 y = (1/3)x + 4/3 + 3/3

 y = (1/3)x + 7/3
