Y=mX+b IS THE STANDARD LINE FORMULA (m)=SLOPE & (b)=Y INTERCEPT.
7X+3Y=4
3Y=-7X+4
Y=-7X/3+4/-3
Y=-7X/3-4/3 SLOPE(m)=-7/2 & THE Y INTERCEPT(b)-4/3
