You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Complete the square in x and y to get into standard form.
%28x-h%29%5E2%2B%28y-k%29%5E2=R%5E2
x%5E2%2B10x%2By%5E2-18y=-102
%28x%5E2%2B10x%2B25%29%2B%28y%5E2-18y%2B81%29=-102%2B25%2B81
%28x%2B5%29%5E2%2B%28y-9%29%5E2=4
a) Center (h,k)=(-5,9)
b) Radius R=2
c) y intercepts : x=0
25%2B%28y-9%29%5E2=4
%28y-9%29%5E2=-21
Since no squared number can be negative, there are no y-intercepts (the circle doesn't cross the y-axis).
x intercepts :
%28x%2B5%29%5E2%2B81=4
%28x%2B5%29%5E2=-77
Similarly, it doesn't cross the x-axis.
