Find the equation for the line containing the points (F, C) of (32,0) and (212,100).

You specifically wanted to use a graph. EASIER, if you find it that way, because you can just plot the two points and draw the line connecting them. Label your axes. The way I wrote the ordered pair, the vertical axis is coordinate for Celsius and horizontal axis for Fahrenheit.
