Line passing thru (-11,-3) with a slope m = -9

 Note: y%5B1%5D+=+-3  and x%5B1%5D+=+-11

  y+-+%28-3%29+=green%28+-9%29%28x+-+%28-11%29%29  |point-slope form by definition

     y + 3 = -9(x+11)
