What is the equation of a line with a slope of 2, 

and passes through point (2,-6).

point-slope form, y+-+y%5B1%5D+=+m%28x+-+x%5B1%5D%29

   y + 6 = 2(x-2)

or y = 2x -10   |slope-intercept form 

   2x-y = 10    | standard form
