the fisrt clue tells us that the numbers are 2 apart
so 9 and 7
8 and 6
7 and 5
6 and 4
5 and 3
4 and 2
or
3 and 1
the second clue tells us that the fisrt digit must be odd, as when you add one to it it will be a double.
this they are
9 and 7
7 and 5
5 and 3 or
3 and 1
the only oe of these that will meet the criteria of the second clue are
7 and 5
