I took a picture of it, wondering if anybody could help and give me steps.

I already did the boys, not sure if it was done correctly or not though. I used the regression line method and seperated the boys into two equal groups (removed the last set of coords/results because they were uneven).
The girls part, if I didn't already mess up the boys, is where I'm having trouble. Please help me find the function/equation of the graph below.
