How to draw a graph of 3y = 4/3-5y

Collect the terms with  'y'  on the left side;  keep  4/3  in the right side.


You will get

    3y + 5y = 4/3,

       8y   = 4/3.

        y   = 1/6.


It represents a horizontal line in the coordinate plane, parallel x-axis
and located 1/6 of the unit above x-axis.
