You can put this solution on YOUR website!
y+4 = 1%2F3(x+6), you want it to look like this: Ax + By = C
                                              where A is positive:

Get rid of the fraction by multiplying both sides by 3

  3·(y+4) = 3·1%2F3(x+6)

  3y + 12 = 1(x + 6)

  3y + 12 = x + 6

  -x + 3y = -6

Multiply thru by -1

   x - 3y = 6
