There are obviously an infinite number of points that satisfy the equation, so just pick any values you like

Choose x=0:
+-6y+%2B+0+=+12+
+6y+=+-12+
+y+=+-2+

Choose x=6:
+-6y+%2B+12+=+12+
+-6y+=+0+
+y+=+0+

So two points that satisfy the equation are (0,-2) and (6,0)
