You can put this solution on YOUR website! The inequality sign does NOT have a line under it. So the line isn't solid, so it must be dashed.
The origin is not in the solution set because if you plug in (0,0) you get
-3x + y > 6
-3(0) + 0 > 6
0 + 0 > 6
0 > 6
Which is false. So that shows why (0,0) is not in the solution set. So the origin is not in the shaded region.
