You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Find the slope.
3x + 4y = 5
The slope-intercept form of a line is: highlight%28y=mx%2Bb%29, m=slope and (0,b)=y-intercept.
Put the equation into slope-intercept form and the coefficient of x is the slope.
3x%2B4y=5
3x-3x%2B4y=-3x%2B5
4y=-3x%2B5
4y%2F4=-3x%2F4%2B5%2F4
y=%28-3%2F4%29x%2B5%2F4
y=highlight%28-3%2F4%29x%2B5%2F4 the slope is m=-3/4
Happy Calculating!!!
