(x,-1) and 

(10,3)  m = -4 /(x-10)

-4%2F%28x-10%29+=+1%2F2   | Cross Multiplying to solve

  -8 = x-10

   2 = x 

and...

(2,-1) and 

(10,3) m = -4/-8 = 1/2
