Can't be done. Since the -coordinates of the two points are equal, the denominator of the slope formula will be zero. Hence the slope is undefined and the slope-intercept form is not possible.

Whenever you have two points with equal -coordinates, just set equal to the value of that -coordinate for the equation of your vertical line.
