Find the slope of the line through each pair of points:

(-5,3) m = -1/9

 y = (-1/9)x + b    ||Using Pt(4,2) to solve for b

 2 = (-1/9)4 + b  

 22/9 = b

 y = (-1/9)x + 22/9  OR in Standard form:  x + 9y = 22
