Find the slope of the line through each pair of points:

 



(6,10) 

(3,1)  m = 9/3 = 3

 y = 3x + b    ||Using Pt(3,1) to solve for b

 1 = 3*3 + b 

 -8 = b

 y = 3x -8   OR in Standard form:  3x -y = 8
