Close!  I think it wants you to solve in terms of y, though.  That means it wants you
 to get y all by itself.

To do this, 3x=2y you just divide by 2 on both sides and get 3x/2=2y/2 which turns out to be
 3/2x=y.

If you're sure it doesn't want you to solve for y and wants you to solve for 3x-2y,
 then your answer is indeed 3x-2y=0.  But I wouldn't bet on it.

also remember that our answer, y=3/2x, is a linear equation in standard form!
