You can put this solution on YOUR website!
The line with a slope of 5 and a y intercept of 2
Plot a point at 2 on the y-axis.
Then use the slope form there to plot another point.
Slope=rise/run=5/1
From y=2, go up 5 and right 1. Plot your second point there (you should be at (1,7).)
Connect your points and you should have a line that looks like this:

Happy Calculating!!!

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
THE SLOPE/INTERCEPT FORMULA IS Y=mX+b
Y=5X+2
SETTING Y=0 WE GET
0=5X+2
5X=-2
X=-2/5
THUS TWO POINTS ON THIS LINE ARE
(0,2)(-2/5,0)
PLOT THESE TWO POINTS AND DRAW A LINE THROUGH THEM WITH A SLOPE OF 5
