YOU'VE BEEN GIVEN A POINT AND A SLOPE AND ASKED FOR AN EQUATION OF A LINE. THAT IS YOUR CLUE THAT YOU SHOULD USE THE POINT SLOPE FORMULA.

x1=-2, y1=-3, m=5/4
y-%28-3%29=%285%2F4%29%28x-%28-2%29%29
y%2B3=%285%2F4%29%28x%2B2%29 Avoid adding fractions if you want by multiplying both sides by the LCD,4.
