You can put this solution on YOUR website! Which of the ordered pairs is a solution for the equation 4x - 2y = 8? (A) (0,4) (B) (-2,0) (C) (-2, -4)
(0, -4) The ordered pairs are in this order: (x,y)
 :
 For A (0,4):
 4(0)-2(4)=8
 0-8=8
-8=8 Not true, not a solution.
 :
 For B (-2,0)
 4(-2)-2(0)=8
 -8-0=8
-8=8 Not true, not a solution.
 :
 For C (-2,-4)
 4(-2)-2(-4)=8
 -8+8=8
0=8 Not true, not a solution.
 :
 For D (0,-4)
 4(0)-2(-4)=8
 0+8=8
 8=8 *******TRUE, a solution!!!!!
 Happy Calculating!!!
