You can put this solution on YOUR website! graph the solution set y is less than 1/3 x -3.
y < (1/3)x -3
----
Graph the boudary as a dashed line
thru (0,-3), (3,-2)
----
Shade the half-plane BELOW the boundary
because you want y to be LESS THAN (1/3)x-3
