Expanding the equation we get 3%2Ax%2B3%2A6=5%2Ax-5%2A4 which simplifies to 3x%2B18=5x-20. Now add 20 to both sides to get 3x%2B18%2B20=5x-20%2B20 which reduces to 3x%2B38=5x. Now substract 3x from both sides 3x-3x%2B38=5x-3x and that reduces to 38=2x. Dividing both sides by 38, we get x=19.
