You can put this solution on YOUR website! Remember that if you're given a line of the form that any line perpendicular to that line must have the form of . In English, the slope of two perpendicular lines are negative reciprocals of each other.
so we know the answer looks like . We just have to find c. Ah..but it must pass through (2,3). Ok...lets plop (2,3) into our line
