2) Flip the Slope then add a Negative Sign

3)y=mx+b Plug in %28-5%2F8%29 for m
y=%28-5%2F8%29x
4) If you need the equation to plug into a point then just substitute x and y in the equation to find b. b is also where the line touches the y axis.
