You have a graph from the top in the middle is y on the line going through the middle and on the right side is the x

This equation is in slope intercept highlight%28y=mx%2Bb%29 where m=slope=rise%2Frun and (0,b)=y-intercept (where the line crosses the y-axis).
y=%283%2F4%29x%2B2 has a y-intercept (0,b)=(0,2) and slope=m=3/4.
Plot (0,2) from that point use your slope m=3/4 and rise up 3 and run right 4. Plot your second point there. (It should be (4,4) if you did it right.)
Connect the dots and you have a graph that looks like:
