From that point use the slope to plot a secaond point.
m or slope=rise%2Frun
Your slope is an integer, so think of it as being:
m=5%2F1
So from (0,-2) go up 5 units and right 1 unit and plot that point (it should be (1,3).
Your graph should look like this:
