First we plot (0,4) which is the line's y-intecept



Then we take the numerator of the slope m = 1/6, which is 1, 
and since the slope m =1%2F6 is positive we draw a
line vertically upward from that y-intercept (0,4), like
the green one below:



Then we take the denominator of the slope m, which is 6, 
and we draw a line horizontally rightward from the end of that green
like the red one below:



Next we take a ruler and draw a line through the y-intercept and
