You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Just connect two points (0, 4) and (3, 2) to make a line.
Find the y-intercept by letting x = 0, you will find the point (0,4)
Then use the slope -2/3 that mean that from the point (0,4) you move UP to 2 units and to the LEFT 3 units
