Hi,
Note: y = mx + b, where m is the slope:
line 4x-2y = -7 OR y = 2x+7/2 , m = 2 OR m = highlight%282%2F1%29
the slope of a line parallel to this line: m = 2
the slope of a line perpendicular to this line: m = -1/2
