slope m = (y2-y1)/(x2-x1)
( 7 - 3 )/( 4 - 2 )
( 4 / 2 )
m= 2

Plug value of the slope and point ( 2 , 3 ) in
Y = m x + b
3.00 = 4 + b
b= 3 4
b= -1
So the equation will be
Y = 2 x -1
