x-3=y...this is a linear function and graph will be a line...to plot a line you need two points...easiest way is to set x=o and find y, and set y=o and find x
x-3=y...set x=o and find y
0-3=y
-3=y...one point at (0,-3)
x-3=y...set y=o and find x
x-3=0
x=3...another one point at (3,0)
