1st find the equation of the line thru (2,5) with a slope of 3/4
Use y = mx + b and the point
5 = (3/4)*2 + b
b = 7/2
--> y = (3/4)x + 7/2

Then find the point of intersection of the 2 lines.
3x + y + 4 = 0
y = (3/4)x + 7/2
Sub for y in the 1st eqn
3x + 3x/4 + 7/2 + 4 = 0
x = -2, y = 2

Find the distance from (2,5) to (-2,2)
