SOLUTION: My math homework question is to draw a line through (-2,4) with a slope of -2. Label an intercept. I am not sure if i am doing y=MX+B or y=m(x-x1)+y1 and how do i graph that? thank

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
My math homework question is to draw a line through (-2,4) with a slope of -2. Label an intercept.
---------
y = mx + b always works.
Find b, the y-intercept
4 = -2*-2 + b
b = 0
---------
The y-int is 0, or (0,0).
Use that as one point.
Count 2 squares down and 1 to the right --> (1,-2) is another point.
Draw a line thru them
The line will go thru (-2,4)
