Slope m = (difference in y)/(difference in x)

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
The formula for finding the slope of a line giving two points is; m=%28Y2-Y1%29%2F%28X2-X1%29
The points in the form (X,Y) so (5,5) and (-5,-17)
Let X1=5 and X2=-5 ; Y1=5 and Y2=-17.
Thus, m=%28-17-5%29%2F%28-5-5%29 which is equal to 2.2
Therefore the slope of the line is 2.2
