graph (y=1/5x-2).

 



  y = (1/5)x - 2  |y-intercept is Pt(0,-2)

Note: as y increases/decreases by 1, x increases/decreases by 5   

Pt(5, -1) and Pt(-5, -3) on the Line.  Plotting Pts and connecting with line
