2x-3y+1=0  OR y = (2/3)x + 1/3 |parallel lines have identical slopes

-3y=-2x-1
y=-2x/-3-1/-3
y=2x/3+1/3 is the parallel line with a slope(m)=2/3. (red line)
The arallel line will also have a slope=2.3.
y=2x/3-2.3 ans. (green line).
