You can put this solution on YOUR website!
4/3r - 3 < r + 2/3 - 1/3r
-------------
Assuming by 4/3r you mean (4/3)r and not 4/(3r):
4/3r - 3 < r + 2/3 - 1/3r
Add 3
4/3r < r + 11/3 - 1/3r
4r/3 < 2r/3 + 11/3
Subtract 2r/3
2r/3 < 11/3
Multiply by 3
2r < 11
r < 5.5

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
multiply right and left on 3:
4r+-+9+%3C+3r+%2B+2+-+r+
4r+-+9+%3C+2r+%2B+2
2r+%3C+11
r+%3C+11%2F2

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
4/3r - 3 < r + 2/3 - 1/3r
multiply both sides by 3:
4r - 9 < 3r + 2 - r
4r - 9 < 2r + 2
2r - 9 < 2
2r < 11
r < 11/2
